Reset your password

Use the password reset flow if you cannot sign in or want to set a new password.

Reset from the login page

  1. Go to Log in and select Forgot password.
  2. Enter the email address on your Bitease account.
  3. Open the reset link in your inbox. Check spam if needed.
  4. Choose a strong new password and sign in again.

If you are already signed in

Open your security settings and change your password from there. You may need your current password to confirm the change.
