Table columns, sorting, and filtering
Portfolio tables let you choose visible columns, sort supported columns, and review open or closed position data from different angles.
Visible columns
Use Visible columns to choose which optional table columns are shown. Core identity and action columns stay visible so the table remains usable.
Open position columns
- Name identifies the asset or cash row.
- Valuation shows whether valuation data is provider-based or manual when available.
- Type and Sector describe the asset classification when available.
- Latest transaction shows the latest saved transaction date for the position.
- Amount is the current open quantity.
- Avg. cost and Invested summarize transaction-based cost for the current open position.
- Current price and Current value show the current valuation side of the position.
- Net dividend received shows dividend cash linked to the asset.
- Return value and Return % compare current value with invested cost for the open position.
Closed position columns
- Close date shows when the position was closed.
- Time in position shows how long the closed position was held.
- Avg buy price and Amount invested summarize the cost side.
- Avg sell price and Proceeds summarize the exit side.
- Fees and Dividend received show additional cash effects captured in history.
- Realized P/L and Realized P/L % show realized results for closed activity.
Sorting and filtering
Some table headers can be sorted. Sorting changes the table order only; it does not change portfolio data.
Stock categories can also use sector allocation filtering. When sector filtering is active, tables show rows that match the selected sectors, and totals reflect the visible filtered set where applicable.
Partial or missing values
A dash, warning, or partial total usually means a price, manual valuation, cash conversion, or FX quote is missing for that row or total.
